Yıldırım stated that sensitivity within the family is a critical factor for the healthy establishment of values education in children. Expressing that children`s behavior patterns are largely shaped in the family environment, Yıldırım said that parents` responsibility to be role models, their ability to empathize, and their attitude of politeness in communication are directly related to the values promoted by the Maarif Model. At the event, which attracted significant interest from parents, information was shared on ways families can contribute to values education, practical suggestions to support children`s emotional and social development, and sensitivity training that can be implemented in the home environment. Participants exchanged views with Dr. Yıldırım and asked questions at the end of the conference.
