Educational activities are continuing as part of the “Maarif Model Family Conferences,” organized in collaboration between the Center for Applied Research in Women’s and Family Studies at Çankırı Karatekin University and the Çankırı Provincial Directorate of National Education. Various seminars and conferences aimed at strengthening the institution of the family are being held as part of the program.

In this context, a seminar titled “Family Unity” was held on May 15 at Mehmetçik Middle School by Dr. Neslihan Polat, a faculty member from the University’s Faculty of Islamic Sciences. The seminar focused on the importance of healthy communication among family members, the preservation of shared values, and the impact of the family environment on children’s social development. The event, which drew significant interest from participants, concluded following mutual evaluations.
