The 11th Maarif Model Family Conference Was Held at Muazzez Servet Amaratoğlu Middle School

Dr. Neslihan Polat, an instructor at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Çankırı Karatekin University, conducted a seminar on “family unity” for parents at Muazzez Servet Amaratoğlu Middle School as part of the Maarif Model Family Conferences.

In the seminar, Dr. Polat highlighted the central role of the family institution in the lives of individuals and society, emphasizing that preserving family unity is a fundamental element in raising healthy generations. She noted that strengthening communication within the family and fostering relationships based on love, respect, and understanding help solidify the family structure.

Noting that parents’ attitudes and behaviors toward their children play a decisive role in their psychological and social development, Polat stated that problems encountered within the family can be resolved through healthy communication and mutual understanding. Polat also addressed the impact of changing social dynamics on family structure in today’s conditions, highlighting the importance of family members supporting one another during this process. The program concluded after the parents’ questions were answered.
